Simon is a lawyer, executive and director with significant experience in corporate governance, sport integrity, sports betting, commercial negotiation, broadcast/media rights, commercial and property law, stadiums and infrastructure, government relations, strategy, sponsorship, labor relations and risk and compliance.
Simon is currently the principle at ZOPA Legal, sport, media and entertainment lawyers.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), Bachelor of Sport Science, Bachelor of Business (Sport Management) and a Graduate Diploma of Sports Law.
Simon was appointed to the Basketball Australia Integrity Committee in December 2021.
