

Biography
A/Prof Diana Robinson AM, (MBBS FACSEP GAICD) is an experienced Consultant Sport and Exercise Physician in private clinical practice in Sydney, with over 25 years of experience in individual patient care, team and athlete care, anti-doping and event medical management. Her interests extend to health advocacy, education and training, and issues of integrity and ethics in sport. She has considerable experience in governance, project management, problem solving and strategy.
She currently works as an Independent Head Injury Medical Officer for the National Rugby League and serves on the Therapeutic Use Exemption Committee for the International Tennis Integrity Agency and the International Testing Agency. Along with her clinical duties, Diana is the Chief Project Manager STP Education Projects for the Australasian College of Sport and Exercise Physicians (ACSEP) and is the Clinical Lead for the SEM Academy, an online education resource for doctors and allied health professionals. She has been the Chief Medical Officer of Triathlon Australia, a member of the Triathlon Australia Ethics and Integrity Panel and a member of the International Triathlon Union (now World Triathlon) Doping commission. She has attended Commonwealth and Olympic Games in a medical capacity and was the first medical director of triathlon at the Sydney 2000 Olympics. She has been the Chief Medical Officer of Warringah Rugby Club and worked at the elite level in gymnastics, aquatics, rugby league, tennis, netball, rowing, surf lifesaving, hockey, cycling and judo.
Diana was a member of the Antidoping Rule Violation Panel and a member of the TGA Medicines Scheduling Committee both statutory appointments. She has worked with Water Polo Australia Risk and Integrity and high-performance committees and is a member of the Hearing Panels for NSW Medical Council, and Expert Witness and an Occasional Professional Member of NCAT.
Diana is an accomplished leader, having held roles as a Non-executive Director, Chair of Training of ACSEP, Chair of Curriculum Development and Review for ACSEP and continues to work as a consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine Education.
She played Basketball throughout high school and at university and is a keen supporter of the game.
Diana was appointed to the Basketball Australia Hearings Panel in 2021 and the Integrity Committee in 2022.
