STOP 3: SUMGAIT, AZERBAIJAN
Fresh off securing a historic silver medal at the FIBA 3x3 World Cup, the Gangurrus are back in action this weekend as they head to Azerbaijan for the third stop of the 2026 FIBA 3x3 Women's Series from 20-21 June.
Three members of Australia's World Cup silver-medal winning team — Emma Clarke, Hannah Hank and Marena Whittle — will suit up once again as the Gangurrus look to carry their momentum into the Women's Series. They will also be joined by Lauren Nicholson, with the quartet drawn in Pool C.
The Gangurrus will open their tournament against the top team from Qualifying Draw A (TBC) at 9:15pm AEST before facing Japan at 11:05pm AEST, with a place in the knockout rounds on the line.
All games will be streamed live on FIBA 3x3 YouTube.
