Rising Stars Unite at National Indigenous Performance Camp in Canberra

The National Indigenous Performance Camp has returned to Canberra, bringing together top young Indigenous basketball talent from every state and territory for four days of elite training, mentorship, and cultural connection.

The National Indigenous Performance Camp is back in Canberra for its second year running, uniting some of the most talented Indigenous young athletes from across the country.

Held at the Centre of Excellence in Canberra, the camp has brought together athletes, coaches and mentors from every state and territory to take part in an intensive program designed to elevate their skills  in a high-performance environment across four days.

Following the success of its inaugural event in 2024, this year’s camp continues to play a key role in the Indigenous performance pathway, offering athletes the opportunity to train in a world-class environment alongside elite coaches and mentors.

Over the four days, athletes will take part in advanced on-court sessions, recovery programs, strength and conditioning work, and cultural education activities.
