The future stars of Australian Basketball are heading to the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra next week for a selection camp ahead of the U17 FIBA Oceania Championships, to be held in Samoa from 8 to 13 December 2025.
The FIBA U17 Oceania Cup offers an opportunity for young athletes to gain valuable tournament experience, with the top two finishers securing spots in the 2026 FIBA Under 18 Asia Cup and FIBA Women's Under 18 Asia Cup.
The final teams will be selected immediately after camp.
